The Harlem Wizards are a show basketball team that was started in 1962 by New York sports promoter, Howie Davis. He envisioned a show and organization that would put a different spin on show basketball. The Wizards play against a team of Ridley teachers and staff in a fast paced and entertaining game of basketball. In addition to showing off their world class basketball skills, the Wizards game features comedy and audience participation. Students, staff and the community look forward to this game each year.
